1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 99cuci. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and 99cuci ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of our platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 99cuci platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 99cuci platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. We take this age restriction very seriously and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identity document
• An active and reachable mobile phone number
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password for your account

2.3 Registration Restrictions

Registration is not permitted for individuals who:

• Under 18 years of age
• Already holds another active account on this platform
• Previously banned or restricted by 99cuci
• Using unauthorized third-party software to register

3 User Account

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on 99cuci. This includes a prohibition on registering new accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details. We use advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 99cuci will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence. We recommend you:

• Use a unique and hard-to-guess password
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone
• Log out every time you finish using the platform on a public device

3.3 Account Activity

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administration fee of RM5, or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower. You will receive an email notification before this charge is applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

99cuci supports a range of local Malaysia payment methods for the convenience of our members. All transactions are processed securely through licensed payment channels.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000, except for VIP accounts
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled first

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotions offered by 99cuci are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion. Generally, the following conditions apply to all bonus types:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, per household, and per IP address
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 99cuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Bonuses received must be wagered at the multiplier stated in the promotion's terms before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that if you receive a RM100 bonus, you must place a total of RM2,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on 99cuci use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and audited by an independent third party. This ensures fairness and transparency in every game round. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is stated in the respective game information.

6.2 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active game, 99cuci reserves the right to void the affected round. Any bets involved in a voided round will be fully refunded to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from internet or device failures on the user's end.

6.3 Prohibition on Automated Software

The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any program designed to exploit or manipulate the gaming system is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a responsible platform, 99cuci conducts a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with legal requirements.

7.1 Required Documents

You may be required to submit the following documents at any time:

• Identity Verification: A valid MyKad, passport, or driver's license
• Address Verification: Utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot of the e-wallet or bank statement showing the transaction

7.2 KYC Processing Time

Document verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours. During the review period, withdrawals may be delayed. We will notify you by email once the KYC process is complete.

8 Account Closure & Restriction

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements and pending transactions must be settled. Any valid cash balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

8.2 Closure by 99cuci

99cuci reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering is detected
• You provided false information during registration or the KYC process.
• You registered multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Instructions have been received from the relevant legal authorities

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to stop using the platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period, your account will be fully blocked and you will not receive any promotional communications.

9 Liability Limit

99cuci provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited within the 30 days prior to the claim.

99cuci is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control
• Losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence
• Game results arising from the user's own internet connection failure

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 99cuci platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and code, is the exclusive property of 99cuci or its legitimate licensors. You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without written permission
• Using the 99cuci name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering the platform's software
• Creating derivative works based on platform content without authorization

11 Amendments to Terms

99cuci reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify members via:

• Notices prominently displayed on the platform's home page
• A notification email sent to your registered address
• In-app notifications on the 99cuci mobile app

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
